Mahogany Dresser Redesign



We found this dresser at a garage sale.  See below it was pretty messed up.  That drawer to the side would not even fit into its spot.
Its mahogany though and Mr. Sensible sanded down the top.  (he likes sanding I. DO. NOT.)  It turned out so pretty.  I just put a clear Poly on the top of it.  I painted the body of the piece with Sherwin Williams Crisp Linen and the drawers with Benjamin Moore Lenox Tan.  Distressed it and put on a clear wax.

It is no longer avaliable but lots of other great finds can be had there.

    That's a really brilliant re-do of the chest of drawers. It looks brilliant - and I love the colours you've chosen. Gorgeous!
